These are the first in 8 years of working on this particular model, that I have encountered this problem. ![]() This is not a pick up roller/separation pad fault as I have replaced them all, along with the transfer rollers on them. 1st page in and out sequence ok, but the trailing edge, of page 2, and leading egde of page three do not feed correctly, thus causing the “jam” error. All of these are doing what is called “multi-feeding”. I have encountered not one of these units exhibiting this recent behavior, but three consecutively. I have installed many maintenance kits on them and they keep on trucking. These babies are true workhorses, and outlast many of the successors to this model. In all my years of printer repair, I have not come across this problem with the Laserjet 1300.
